We are also expanding soon to Jupiter, Sebastian, and other Florida locations, so you’ll always get the same Breeze experience across different towns. Delivery is simple and stress-free. Once you make your booking online, we’ll send you a confirmation and schedule a time and place that works best for you. Our team brings the e-bikes, surfboards, paddleboards, or kayaks right to your doorstep—whether that’s a hotel lobby, Airbnb driveway, beach access point, or marina. When you’re done, we’ll pick everything up, so you don’t need to worry about drop-offs or transport.

Yes, we include safety gear with every rental at no extra cost. Helmets come with every e-bike rental, while life jackets are provided with all paddleboards and kayaks. Safety is our top priority, and we carefully inspect and sanitize all gear before every booking. Whether you’re cruising the streets or paddling on the water, you’ll have peace of mind knowing that you’re properly equipped.

We know Florida weather can be unpredictable! If conditions are unsafe—such as heavy rain, lightning, or strong winds—we’ll work with you to reschedule your rental for another day or time. If rescheduling isn’t possible, we’ll issue a full credit or refund, so you don’t lose out. Your safety and experience matter most to us, so we’ll always put your well-being first while ensuring you still get to enjoy your adventure.

Yes, all participants are required to sign a quick safety waiver before using our equipment. This is a standard process in the rental industry and ensures that you understand basic safety guidelines and responsibilities. It only takes a minute to complete and can often be done digitally before your booking or on the spot. Parents or guardians must sign on behalf of minors, so the whole family can join in with confidence.
